How AuraSiva collects, uses, and protects your information.

Account Information. If you create an account, we may collect your username, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
Scan and Product Information. Barcodes, photographs of food labels you choose to submit, product information, nutrition data, and AI-generated analysis.
Health and Dietary Information. Any health condition or dietary preference you voluntarily select or enter, used only to personalize your analysis.
Usage and Technical Information. Scan counts, app interactions, device/installation identifiers used to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

AuraSiva can be used without an account. A random, non-identifying guest identifier is stored to enforce usage limits and isn't linked to your identity unless you later create an account.

To provide AI-powered nutrition analysis, personalize results, maintain scan history, enforce usage limits, prevent abuse, serve advertising (including rewarded ads), and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

To improve speed and reduce processing, AuraSiva may cache product analysis results. Cached results contain only product data and AI analysis — never your username, email, or account credentials. Another user requesting the same product may receive the same cached result, without access to your identity or history.

We use Open Food Facts (product data), Hugging Face (AI analysis), Google AdMob (advertising), and Render / Neon (hosting and database). These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies.

AuraSiva uses Google AdMob to display ads, including rewarded ads. AdMob may collect advertising identifiers and approximate location for ad relevance, processed according to Google's own privacy policy. You may limit ad personalization in your device settings.

We use reasonable technical measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Account data is retained while your account is active; you may delete your account and associated data at any time from within the app.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your data, use AuraSiva as a guest, clear local history and cache in-app, or delete your account entirely at any time. Contact us for assistance with any privacy request.

AuraSiva is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

AuraSiva's branding, design, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

AI-generated analysis is probabilistic and may contain errors. Do not rely solely on AI output for important dietary, allergy, or health decisions — verify with reliable sources.

AuraSiva is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from reliance on the App's information or analysis.

We may suspend or terminate access to protect the App's security, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using AuraSiva and delete your account at any time.
